Thanks to member jarari2 from XDA forum has developed 1 one-click root tool for LG G3. You can easily root your LG G3 using the one-click root tool in seconds. Please note that this rooting tool, in addition to rooting the G3, can also be used for other devices such as LG G Pro and LG G Pro 2 running Android 4.4.2.
This rooting tool has been tested on the Korean version of LG G3 (F400K) successfully, but other versions like International (D855), Sprint G3 (LS990), Verizon G3 (VS985), AT&T G3 (D850), T-Mobile G3 (D851), Canadian G3 (LG-D852).
The Easiest LG G3 Rooting Guide
Pre-rooting requirements:

- Download and install

Root LG G3:
1. Unzip the root_tool_lg_g3_taimienphi.vn.zip file on your computer and open the folder you received after pseudo-compression.
2. Connect your LG G3 to computer via USB cable.
3. Now double click on the run.bat file.
3. When the command window appears, press a key on your keyboard.
4. Your G3 will reboot into stock recovery mode.
5. When you see the Recovery screen on your phone, select apply update from ADB. (Move with the volume up and down buttons, select with the power button).
6. Then press any key on the command window. The root.zip file will be pushed to your device.
7. Now go back to the main menu of Recovery and select reboot system now.
