Handle is a utility that supports displaying information about open handles for any process in the system, allowing users to view programs with open files or view object types and names of all handles of a program.
The handle is designed towards open file reference search; Therefore, if you do not specify the command line parameters, the program will list the values of all handles in the system referring to the open file and the file name.
